Victoria Transcultural Clinical Center (VTCC) is a private, for-profit mental health agency located in Fairfax, Virginia. The center was founded in 2001 and has been serving children, adolescents, and families across Northern Virginia for more than two decades. VTCC was established to address the growing need for culturally competent mental health services for families from diverse ethnic, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
VTCC’s mission is to provide effective, home-based therapeutic services to families whose children are experiencing significant behavioral or emotional difficulties. The center also works with children who have been subjected to abuse, neglect, or trauma and are at high risk of being removed from their family home. The ultimate goal is to preserve and strengthen the family unit while ensuring the child receives necessary mental health treatment.
VTCC offers several specialized programs. The first is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy, which serves clients between the ages of 2 and 21. ABA services are delivered in the child’s natural environment, including home and community settings. Parents, legal guardians, and primary caregivers receive structured training and care coordination as part of the ABA treatment plan.
